Close the ten gates. A command template is not authority.
4. Record raw evidence
Complete the measurements and fault injections; preserve logs and traces.
What this still does not prove
The target is unflashed. The SWD adapter and logic-power cable are designed but not fabricated. Supply limits and the DC reference are unreleased. Reset-state voltages, UART inactivity, heartbeat timing, physical torque state and permit-dropout behavior are unmeasured. This package grants no connection, powered-test, motion, safety or energization authority.
