PRELIMINARY - WHOLE-BODY POWER ROUTE-GUIDE CANDIDATE - NOT APPROVED FOR PROCUREMENT, FABRICATION, CONNECTION, POWERED TESTING, MOTION OR ENERGIZATION

HR-30 whole-body P0.1

Useful neutral envelopes; rejected as moving-limb routes.

These six exact tangent centerlines retain fixed-pose planning evidence. They are not cable cut lengths, and no continuous rigid guard may span a moving joint. The articulated-power-harness package is the current successor.

The corrected boundary

A shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, ankle, neck or waist changes the relative pose of adjacent links. A continuous rigid shell spanning that axis would lock or collide with the joint. The successor uses rigid link-local channels that stop before the axis and flexible joint-local bellows around smaller flat-cable segments.
